Proximity to University of Tennessee and nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc. were a plus. Bed was very comfortable. Value for the price was also excellent.
The hotel could use some renovation and extra cleaning. It was not dirty per se, but looks a little worse for the wear.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and breakfast was average for continental style. I would stay there again.
We were on the 2nd floor with the elevator on the other side of the motel, but the stairs were not as bad as they could be.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with several restaurants and other amenities nearby. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn.
